Fitness Factory Outlet offers three methods for you to place your order: Telephone Orders: Phone orders can be placed Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). Have your order and credit card ready. When placing your order by phone, you will receive additional shipping information if requested. Call 1-800-383-9300 (U.S. Only) or 1-708-427-3500. Mail Orders: Mail in your order form (from the Fitness Factory Outlet Catalog or print out the order form here) along with a personal check, money order, cashier's check, or fill in the credit card section on the order form . Please allow an extra 10 working days for orders paid by personal check. Fax Orders: Fax the completed and signed order form to the F.F.O. fax line at 1-708-427-3501. All faxed orders must be by credit card. We will call you to confirm receipt of your fax. You can fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When will I be contacted regarding delivery?
Items are scheduled for final delivery when your order is complete. If your order is being shipped "freight" you can expect to be contacted by the freight company within 10 to 15 business days to schedule delivery.

What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
It's rare, but sometimes equipment sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, make sure to not any damages on the freight bill next to your signature and contact Customer Service Immediately, toll free at 1-800-556-3113, Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). In the event that your purchase is seriously damaged and needs to be returned, always keep the original packing cartons. All returns must be arranged through our Customer Service Department as Fitness Factory Outlet is unable to pay for unauthorized repairs or returns.
